We made important progress to broaden our proposition, modernise the business and strengthen financial resilience. The acquisition of Farewill marked a major milestone in expanding our digital and legal services capabilities, while the launch of Dignity Legal Services and Simplicity have further enhanced our ability to support families through every stage of later-life planning and bereavement.
